Job Responsibilities
- Various portal management, including receiving and closing work orders and dispatching as appropriate
- Ensuring all documents are loaded and updated into the portals as per client requirements in a timely manner
- Some of the portals include, but are not limited to: Open Invoice, Vendor Café, Diebold, Tungsten, CondoWorks, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc.
- Following-up with Operations Mangers to gather any missing service reports
- Responding to any corrections, disputes or inquiries
- This individual will be responsible for creating SOPS for each client using portals for WO/invoice management
- Ensuring services are completed and work orders are updates with completion status/notes
- Working closely with branch accounts receivable teams across Canada
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working with RFPs (Requests for Proposals) preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
